I spent a some time in Panama having moved there as my husband was retiring and we both liked tropical weather. I planted this bush not knowing what would come of it, but it always produced masses of flowers new every day. I painted it from the patio with the aim to have a permanent reminder of the bright colours and the wonders that were all around us. .
