KALYMNOS, GREECE annual painting trips since 2018next trip:- September 16-23 2025. Early booking advised - discount for groups of 4 plus.
A small island in the Dodecanese group of the Aegean sea. A lesser known island and therefore more traditionally Greek. Major trade was natural sponges but now is climbing and tourism, as is most of Greece. Very friendly people, awe inspiring mountains and gob smacking views, fascinating history (c. Knights Hostelier etc)
Historically Podi has headed up groups painting in France, Spain and Canada.

Don McDougal: Podi is a brilliant artist that supplied the art work for the posters and all the promotional materials for at least 10 years to the Uptown Waterloo Jazz Festival in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. I also have an original piece of Podi's work that she did of me performing during that festival. It was a gift from my wife and is one of the best gifts I've ever received.

June - Had an amazing weekend Painting Workshop with such a talented Artist & in a fantastic setting at #TheHeightsHotel - breakfast, lunch & teatime cake were delicious. Phenomenal views & Podi’s mural at the entrance to the hotel is a splendid rendition of Portland. Recommend this workshop for sure to anyone interested - covered all sorts of medium and techniques - learnt so much & found it was beginning to flow. Met wonderful people from Portland as well as Sutton Coldfield & High Wycombe all different ages - stimulating & interesting. Thank you Podi -Mona
May 2016 : A group of four ladies from not very far away booked in for 2 days during the week. Comments made to staff included “fabulous break, very enjoyable” , "staff helpful and willing”, "Podi’s instructions & demonstrations were clear and we learnt a lot, we also had fun.".
May 2017 : Weekend. Another great weekend spent sketching and learning so much about watercolours, techniques and just looking...
